Competitive Program (INCA)

INCA is the elite competitive division of Conscious athletes – created for athletes ready to move beyond standard training and compete at a higher level.

This program is a partnership between The Conscious Athletes method and the isonation way, combining structured player development with high level game application and aau competitions.

through our integrated system the program emphasizes discipline & game-level intensity, preparing athletes through structured practices & tournament play that reflect real performance expectations beyond traditional group sessions.

This is not recreational training. inca is for athletes committed to performance, accountability, & growth.

 

Our Training Programs

INCA offers structured basketball training designed to develop more than just skill. Our programs focus on awareness, accountability, and basketball IQ- helping athletes learn how to play, the why behind it, and how to carry that discipline beyond the court.

Training is intentional, challenging, and built for long-term development.

How Our Training Is Different

At INCA, we don't run random drills or overcrowded workouts. Every session is structured with intention. Athletes are taught to be aware of their decisions, effort, and habits- not just go through the motions.

Train With Purpose

Each training option is designed with structure & long-term athletes’ growth in mind.

Group Training

Structured group sessions focused on fundamentals, game awareness, conditioning, and confidence. Athletes train in a competitive, but positive environment that encourages effort, discipline, and growth.

Private Training

1-on-1 or small group sessions tailored to the athlete's position, skill level, and goals. Private training allows for more detailed instruction, feedback, and focused development. Availability is limited.

Tournaments/AAU Opportunities

Selected athletes may have the opportunity to participate in local tournaments and competitive team play. Tournament participation is based on readiness, commitment, and program fit. Tournament fees vary by event.
